Return Policy

To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience at Protein91, we've made the return policy much simpler.

Unused Product

You can return all the unused products within 10 days of placing your order. Please ensure that the product is untampered with the seals, boxing, and other packaging material still intact. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Reverse pick-up charges will be applicable (as per the geographical locations).  If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your bank account after receiving the product back.

Damaged Product / Missing Items / Incorrect Order

If your order was delivered with damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share the unboxing video and images of the packaging & products info@protein91 or call us on +91 8318500605 within those 48 hours. Upon investigation, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a replacement or a full refund. Replacements are subject to the product availability. Protein91 reserves the right to make policy decisions in such cases. No additional compensation / freebies will be provided under any circumstances in these cases. Liability of any order/product is limited to the value of the order/product.

Refunds will be issued as follows –

For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued back to the original source of payment within 5 working days.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued back to the customer’s bank account, within 10 working days after receiving the bank details from the customer. Customer should share their bank details by sharing a picture of a cancelled cheque from their bank.

Return/Refund Policy for near to expiry products

warehouse/clearance sale products are sold at a heavy discount rate. The expiry date is clearly mentioned on the website for all the products offered under warehouse sale. Once the product is purchased under this offer, it will not qualify for any return, exchange or refund under any reason.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional prior to taking any dietary supplement.

Cancellation Policy

In case you cancel your order when the order status is PendingProcessing or On Hold, you will be eligible for a full refund within 48 hours. Simply call us on +918318506605 or email us at info@Protein91 and we will cancel your order for you.
– In case you cancel your order when the order status is Complete or shipped, You’ll be required to pay for return shipment charges
– Dietary Supplement refund requests will only be considered if the respective dietary supplement is not consumed more than 10% by weight or quantity (Nos.) .Such refunds may take over one week to process once we receive all product(s).
– Book & Custom Meal Plan/Workout Plan purchases are non-refundable.
– Apparel and accessories purchases may be exchanged or returned for only if the apparel item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed, and if all original tags and labels are attached to the item(s).
